DMD
1. DMD is made of two layers of polyester fiber paper with a one of polyester film. It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for small and medium size electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of grade B.
2. Prepreg DMD The product is formed in the process of precuring the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of hi-temp resistant Epoxy resin into B-stage by baking. With long shelf life at room temp, low precuring temp & time, showing excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical appliances.
3.NHN Polyimide Film / Nomex Paper Composite NHN(6650)- Polyimide Film / Nomex Paper Composite is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one of polyimide film. It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of grade H.
4.NMN(6640) is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one of polyester film. It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of grade F.
